Amazing Service. Lets face it, a simple concierge person who makes recommendations and schedules events is a thing of the past. We are much more than a simple concierge service. We offer a personal assistant to our clients. An actual person to run errands, and help the client/resident with whatever they need. An actual person that they can count on if they need to go somewhere and need house/pet sitting services. Simply put... an actual person that gives tenants PEACE OF MIND!

Access to all. We offer to ALL the residents in the apartment complex, access to a personal assistant, who can do errands, shopping, house sitting, pet sitting, or any other request that a personal assistant would get asked to do. Everyone would be covered, period. Any resident in the apartment complex would be able to get services from us. 

Easy Access. Residents would access services through their own web-portal, making the process super easy for them! They can tell us what the want, how they want it, and even schedule a time with the personal assistant using our easy-to-use calendar! 

Customized. We also meet with you at the onset to see if there are any other services or customized tasks that we could offer that would be easily implemented. But as an FYI, from experience, the most requested services are (a) errands and personal shopping tasks, and (b) house/pet sitting when they residents are away.

Any Population. Our services are great for any market. Whether your apartment complex is designated as high-end or luxury, student housing, low-income residences, corporate, etc. It doesn't matter... everyone wants a personal assistant!


How Residents Access Our Services

Learning About Us. First, residents would need to know about our services. This can be achieved by any means that the apartment complex current uses to communicate information (e.g. newsletters, web portal, etc). Our company will also contact each resident by mail, each month, at our own cost, to remind them and let them know that our services are available to them.

Access Services. When a resident needs to contact us for any service (e.g. errands), they will go to a secured portal on our website that we will create specifically designed for your apartment complex (sample portal here). There, they will be able to schedule any service they want with us. The membership fee is already paid by the apartment complex. The only thing the resident pays for is the actual service, on a reduced hourly-rate, which is actually a donation.

Availability. Opulent VIP will be available to residents 7 days a week, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (some smaller markets it might be Mon-Fri from 8-5). Should the resident require services beyond those hours, or during weekends, they can arrange that with us on a case-by-case basis. We will always make the Resident happy!

Free Rent Drawing


Should the resident use our services at least one time during the month, they will be automatically entered into a drawing, where Opulent VIP will select 10 residents for a free-month's rent!!   

Local Rescue Donations


We dedicate a portion of our profits as a donation to local animal rescue organizations where your apartments are located, in both O.V., and your name.

Christmas Fund


At Christmas time, we select various families who are struggling (which residents themselves nominate) and provide them with help for them to enjoy the holidays.

Mental Health Donations


We dedicate a portion of our profits as a donation to various mental health facilities, which help individuals across America with behavioral and mental conditions.

American Red Cross


We dedicate a portion of our profits as a donation to the American Red Cross, which helps people when disasters strike, in both O.V., and your name. 

Employing 100's


When you partner with O.V., you'll be facilitating the creation of hundreds of jobs in the local communities where your apartments are located.


Add-on Bonus Services

We are always adding additional services!

As an optional add-on service, Opulent VIP will address the resident's wellness, by providing access to an at-home mental health counselor to all residents, at a very low cost. This is an add-on service to our agreement, and is optional. Opulent VIP will provide access to a mental health counselor to all residents, who can visit them at home, to address any issues.

Why do we provide this service

First, we realize that a happy, well-rounded Resident is "good for business", and will continue to pay rent on time and have less issues in the apartment complex. Secondly, because our Owner is himself a licensed counselor by trade, and he realizes, and has personally experienced, how a disruptive tenant (especially children) can affect the apartment complex's operations, and marketability. 

Low Cost

Each tenant, under each property, would have access to the mental health counselor, and would be scheduled on the same web-portal that Opulent VIP will create for each property. The Resident will pay the low Pay-As-You-Go rate like any other service. which is a great value!

Other Details

Unlike personal assistants, these mental health counselors would be independent contractors of Opulent VIP. They will maintain all records and such, and will all carry their applicable professional liability policies. Furthermore, to put your legal counsel's thoughts at ease, Opulent VIP will include you, the management company, into our own professional liability policy for this particular service. The apartment complex is not responsible in any way for the performance, behavior, or anything related to the counselors. The counselors would be local counselors, and the therapeutic information will always be private and confidential between the counselor and the Resident who chooses those services.
